Member Services
Responsibilities include explaining CDS products and services to prospective members, determining which candidates qualify for our program, verifying insurance and providing member support by answering questions regarding insurance and/or supplies and assisting members with problems or concerns. Member services staff also must contact doctors by telephone or fax to obtain authorization and verification of each patient's medical necessities. Successful candidates must be computer literate, have good verbal and written communication skills and maintain a pleasant telephone manner. Medical knowledge is helpful, but not necessary.
